WW2 US British Made Mounted Canteen Cover With Bottle & Cup

A 'British Made' US canteen cover of the Mounted pattern with belt hook & reinforced mountings to rear.
Cover has 'Lift The Dot' press studs with faint US designation to front & a date of which I cannot make out the last digit . Bottle is US Volrath marked 1945 & cup made by TACU with 1945 date also.
