Very nice 1914 dated 'Feldpost' postcard shot of 118th Inf Regt soldier in full kit with rifle & bayonet.
118th Inf Regt were part of XVIII Army Corps , 25th Division (GD Hessian) 50th Inf,Brigade & fought on the Western Front at the Marne , Vitry , Ham, Peronnes-Chaulnes amongst others.
