WW2 US Jeep Cap

As worn underneath the American M1 helmet an original ETO worn green woollen US jeep cap .
This cap recently surfaced in France & by the holes & wear to the inside of it this cap saw much service !
A small part of the original label remains to the interior with army service number on tag.
