WW1 German 'Prussian Garde' M15 Pickelhaube

A very nice & original 'Prussian Garde' pickelhaube with grey steel fittings of the M15 model , the front plate has never been off.
Immediately apparent on this piece is the wear & correlation of its strikingly detailed front plate imprinted through time onto the leather of the helmet. All the patina throughout matches the rest of the helmet with leather liner tongues in very good order & faint maker ink stamp which appears to be dated 1915. Faint markings to underside of of rear peak with size mark & soldiers name scribbled beneath this. A desirable item from one of the oldest Imperial German Regiments. All fittings are firm with no interference . Black leather chinstrap is a totally original example with matching grey paint to its steel buckles.
