WW2 US 'Second Lieutenant' Wool Shirt With Anti Gas Features

A US issue woollen flannel shirt with metal rank insignia to a Second Lieutenant.
Shirt has Anti gas flap features such as sleeve gussets & a gas flap on the chest. The contract label is still present to the bottom edge of the shirt with title ' Shirts, Flannel O.D. Coat Style Special' . The 'Special' designation denotes Anti Gas features. All buttons are present with chest measuring an approx 40inches with top of collar down to bottom hem of shirt 33.5 inches. There are a couple of moth nips to the front of the shirt however under a jacket this would not be at all visible.
